To excel in this role:
5+ years of experience as a Observability engineer, software engineer, infrastructure engineer, or related role.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their services and offerings.
Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, Java, or Typescript.
Proven experience in delivering engineering solutions and leading technical projects.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
A growth mindset and a passion for learning new technologies and skills.
Previous experience in a consultancy or client-facing role is a plus.
Leadership experience or the ability to lead and guide cross-functional teams.
Very experienced with observability tools and frameworks, such as Prometheus, Grafana (LGTM), ELK, Datadog or OpenTelemetry.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Experience with GitOps tools and workflows, such as ArgoCD or Flux.
