Who are you?

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at DevLeaps, you will play an essential role in delivering cutting-edge DevOps Engineering capabilities and accelerating the client’s journey toward Engineering Excellence. You’re responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and productizing Internal Developer Platform and being an example for your colleagues Engineers. You will collaborate closely with different cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance and hands-on support to improve the DevEx 📈 of the development teams. Within your work, automating everything is part of your DNA.

To excel in this role:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, software engineer, infrastructure engineer, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their services and offerings.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, Java, or Typescript.
• Proven experience in delivering engineering solutions and leading technical projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• A growth mindset and a passion for learning new technologies and skills.
• Previous experience in a consultancy or client-facing role is a plus.
• Leadership experience or the ability to lead and guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Experience with GitOps tools and workflows, such as ArgoCD or Flux.

• Provide expert technical advice, guidance, and mentorship to client teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop best practices, frameworks, and tools to streamline engineering processes.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and driving code quality improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest engineering trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent, promoting a culture of collaboration and learning.
